1. 3+ years of experience in Board Support Packages
2. Good knowledge in C, Assemble Language and C++
3. Hands on experience with realizing BSP for PowerPC, ARM or Intel series microprocessors
4. Experience in board bring-up
5. Embedded and RTOS experience

Experience in Marvell or Tundra's bridge chipsets will be preferred

1. 2+ years of experience in Device Drivers
2. Good knowledge in C, C++
3. Hands on experience with writing device drivers (Ethernet / UART / USB / Display / A/D / FC)
4. Working knowledge in PowerPC, ARM, Pentium etc
5. Embedded and RTOS experience

Experience in performance optimization will be preferred

3+ years of experience in:

1. Processors: Freescal, ARM, Intel
2. Technology: High-speed Bus Design
3. Analysis: Signal Integration, EMI/EMC, Thermal
4. Experience in board bring-up
5. VPX, VME, cPCI board design

Experience in Multi-Processors VPX/VME/cPCI board design will be preferred

4+ years of experience in:

1. A/D & D/A Chips: TI, ADI
2. Technology: High-speed Bus Design
3. Mixed Signal Designs
